Lack of tuition fees is one of the key reasons for school discontinuation in rural areas

and disproportionally affects girls.

The program is aimed for girls from economically disadvantage backgrounds

and who would otherwise fail to enroll for secondary education

due to lack of tuition fees. 

Efforts are put into place to take such girls back to schools in local/nearby schools.
